The BMW B58 Stage 2+ tuning package is a cost effective method of transforming the performance of your B58 powered vehicle. The B58 engine can be found in a large range of BMWs from the M140i, M240i, 340i, 440i & more.

The package includes:

Bosch B58 Gen 2 TU HPFP
A choice of Osprey 4.5" heat shielded or 5" super sport cat or decat downpipes

Optional extras:

This package is designed for those seeking an improved soundtrack to their engine while picking up some extra horsepower also, Turbo spool and low-end response will be dramatically improved from the free-flowing downpipe. For those wanting to retain road legal (MOT) status, we advise a sports catalyst is required, otherwise, for optimal gains, a decatted downpipe is installed.

The limiting factor at Stage 2 is the fuel pump/fueling capacity of the standard fuel pump, For this plus stage, to increase boost levels in the mid-range to yield massive torque gains over the stage 2 level. Optimising this set-up with the air flow of the stock turbocharger will also release more peak horse power also. The fuel pump needed is from a later B58 model, known as the TU pump.

All that is needed to achieve this power is a custom tune or a OTS tune from MHD or BM3
