BMW S54 ARP M11 CONROD BOLT KIT UPTO 2003 (201-6103)

This ARP Rod Bolt Kit is part of the ARP Pro Series of premium-quality products, made specifically for the Earlier E46 M3 examples that used an M11 size rod bolt. This rod bolt set is made for M3 product up to and including 01/2003 production date. If your E46 M3 is a 2001 or 2002 model, this is the kit you'll want. If you have a 2003 model E46 M3, you should check your vehicle build date in the driver's door jam. This set is NOT for any cars after the 2003 model year, and is only for the earlier engines which used an M11 sized bolt.

These connecting rod bolts are precision CNC-machined to ARP's exacting specifications and designed for optimum reliability for your S54 engine.

ARP rod bolts are thread rolled after heat treating, which gives them about 1000% (that's ten times!) better fatigue strength than those studs that are threaded prior to heat treatment (a very common industry practice). It costs more to do it this way, because it's tough on tooling, but the results are well worth the extra effort.

ARP Pro Series rod bolts are far superior to standard OEM fasteners in terms of durability, and they're fully capable of handling the extra stress of high-combustion engines.
