The aluminum chargepipe upgrade kit for the S55 M2 Competition M3, M4 upgrades the weak plastic chargepipes that are prone to failing at and above OEM boost levels. Our aluminum chargepipes feature quality CNC billet aluminum flanges and they are finished in wrinkle black or in custom OEM colors.

BMW’s S55 motor is a modern marvel but one weakness we’ve identified are the boost tubes or charge pipes that connect the turbochargers to the intercooler. Made of thin plastic these factory parts are prone to snapping apart where the flange meets the tube, splitting along the length, and/or slipping out of their intercooler couplers.

The S55 replacement chargepipes are made from heavy duty aluminum and are designed with CNC flanges and a protruding lip for a secure OEM like fit. They are finished in a wrinkle black powder coat to match the engine bay and we’ve also incorporated a pre-capped 1/8″ NPT bung in to each pipe. Includes replacement heavy duty couplers, hose clamps, and all hardware required for the installation.

DELIVERY

I’ve paid for express delivery why has my order not arrived?

All delivery times, including Express delivery, are from the point of dispatch and not from the point of order. When selecting express delivery if one or more of your items are not in stock, a message will have appeared in blue on the basket page highlighting this and that it would cause a delay in your order. My tracking number does not work, why?

Tracking numbers rely on the delivery agents updating their systems so please allow one working day for the tracking number to be updated. If after this period the tracking number is still not working please contact us.

RETURNS

How can I return an item?

All of our items purchased have a 14 days returns policy. The parts must not have been fitted and in all of its original packaging. Any special order items are non returnable.

Why do I need a Returns Authorisation Number and form to return my goods?

We require you to obtain a returns number so the team will be able to quickly locate your account and process your return as soon as possible for you.

Where should I return the goods to?

How long will a refund take?

Once we have processed the refund it will usually take 3-5 working days for the funds to show in your account. This may vary depending on your bank.
