Quaife ATB Helical Limited Slip Differentials are a direct replacement for the standard, factory-fitted open differential and can transform the performance of any vehicle. As engine power outputs increase, the ability to use this extra performance becomes more important. Wheelspin may look spectacular, but such loss of traction from either a standing start or exiting a bend wastes time, whether driving on the road, circuit, rally stage or drag strip. Fortunately, Quaife’s patented Automatic Torque Biasing (ATB) Helical Limited Slip Differential (LSD) is an effective, well-proven, low-cost solution.

The ATB units are designed using the latest CAD techniques and CNC machined to ultra-tight tolerances from high quality Corus steel billets. The completed units are then subjected to rigorous in-house inspection with 3D coordinate measuring machines. Such quality means that, unlike a conventional plate-type LSD, the Quaife ATB unit requires no special maintenance or rebuilds, is long-lasting, and retains the standard method of lubrication, making for an easy, pain-free upgrade.

Quaife ATB Oil Recommendations

When fitted into a standard FWD or 4WD gearbox use the oil recommended by the vehicle manufacturer. These details are found in the owners handbook
When fitted into a gearbox which has Quaife internals then the recommended oil is Fuchs Titan SYN5 75W90
When fitted to a rear axle, Fuchs Titan SYN5 75W90 oil is also recommended or a Hypoid 90 equivalent

DELIVERY

I’ve paid for express delivery why has my order not arrived?

All delivery times, including Express delivery, are from the point of dispatch and not from the point of order. When selecting express delivery if one or more of your items are not in stock, a message will have appeared in blue on the basket page highlighting this and that it would cause a delay in your order. For further information please contact us.

My tracking number does not work, why?

Tracking numbers rely on the delivery agents updating their systems so please allow one working day for the tracking number to be updated. If after this period the tracking number is still not working please contact us.

RETURNS

How can I return an item?

All of our items purchased have a 14 days returns policy. The parts must not have been fitted and in all of its original packaging. Any special order items are non returnable.

Why do I need a Returns Authorisation Number and form to return my goods?

We require you to obtain a returns number so the team will be able to quickly locate your account and process your return as soon as possible for you.

Where should I return the goods to?

Please return any items in the original packaging (unless faulty) with your returns form included to the following address: Nevlock engine components, 16 Cavans way, Binley Ind Est, Coventry, CV3 2SF.

How long will a refund take?

Once we have processed the refund it will usually take 3-5 working days for the funds to show in your account. This may vary depending on your bank.
